These two sweethearts met while studying at UCONN in a class they had together. Their engagement session with me was a peaceful walk around town in Newtown, CT. We started at the iconic Edmond Town Hall where the marble columns and stairs with antique finishes really stand out. We took a walk down main street to the Library. It was important to them to capture some of their engagement session in their UCONN attire since that was where their story started (and would also look great published in the alumni magazine- just saying!). After walking the streets of Newtown, we headed to the overlook on Castle Hill Rd. It is such a peaceful place to take photographs and there is a stunning view of Newtown from the top (this is one of my all-time favorite places in the town I grew up in).
