Rachel and Jesse had the perfect day with a slight bit of smoky haze in the sky. That haze provided a beautiful backdrop for bridegroom formals.
Their ceremony was lead by Father Bob, who has since retired, but made sure he still married these two. He has known Rachel since she was a student at St. Rose school in Newtown, CT. His homily was a sweet blend of what he knew about Rachel before she met Jesse, a perfect match, and concluded with how special they are together. We planned a sweet getaway to Tarrywile Park alone before joining the party at the Ethan Allen Hotel.
Once at the reception and after the first dance, Rachel & Jesse took a quick break before returning to the dance floor. They changed and came back out to the dance floor for a surprise. Rachel & Jesse had been taking lessons to learn the whole dance from Dirty Dancing, ending with the most perfect lift. It.was.INCREDIBLE.
