When you choose me to photograph your wedding day, not only am I your wedding photographer, but I am a friend in the room and a personal assistant! Depending on your wedding day this job can be many things; light tester, a drink holder, dress fluffer, veil placement/removal, stain-getter-outter, family location services, baby holder, food finder, deep breath reminder… you name it, I am there! I also will always show you photos while we are working so you can see what I am seeing! In camera previews, what’s better than that?! We had to cancel our family vacation this year… but we still managed to get away for 1.5 busy days. We started off at the beach yesterday morning, then headed to Newport for a short overnight stay. A quick cliff walk this morning and a yummy lunch and we’ve already arrived back home.

I would have LOVED to have been away for the week (as originally planned) but I’m holding on to the great memories we made and thankful we were able to get a short getaway before getting back into the school & swimming grind. ❤️ Newport, we’ll be back!
