wedding date: April 28th, 2018
Kristen and James came home from Miami to tie the knot in a place that is so special to the bride. The Waveny House has been a place that she frequented growing up. Fireworks, sledding, hiking with the family dogs all come to mind as wonderful memories she had there. Both families helped plan and orchestrate their day as they were planning from so far away. The church where the bride grew up and the ride on “Ol Faithful”, the antique fire truck that Kristen’s dad helps keep running, all made their wedding day so unique and special to them. There were even special details of the broach, the only thing her grandparents were able to bring over from Hungry and the desserts were all from a Hungarian Bakery, Cafe Dolce. The brides dress was made for her by the grooms aunt,… I could just go on as to how thoughtful and connected each part of their wedding day was! Even every detail that included sailing and boats connected to them as a couple and how their relationship started, right before James was deployed for 5 months on a ship. Here are just some of my favorites! Cheers to the newlyweds!
