Venue: Hartford City Hall
Kelsey and Carter chose to say “I do” in a quiet, intimate ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family. We had originally planned their first look inside Hartford City Hall, but when the timing did not quite line up, the beautiful weather and the exterior of the building gave us something even better. Their personal vows spoke volumes, each one reflecting just how perfectly they fit together. It was such a joy wandering around City Hall celebrating the two of them before they headed downtown for a reception at a local restaurant. Cheers to the next 100 years!
