These two awesome people are both former students of mine,… and I don’t know if that makes me really old and something I should not share, or makes me that cool that they called me to be a part of their wedding day?! I also had the opportunity to photograph their proposal last year from a boat looking on to shore as Jacob asked Melissa to marry him as he was “teaching her how to fish”. Both of their families were waiting in the bushes to pop out and congratulate the new couple on their engagement.
They met in high school, or should I say, knew of each other in high school but didn’t really start to date until Jacob had graduated. Through all of the ups and downs, friends changing and growing they have done, they have been there together through it all. They are a super sweet couple and I can not wait for their Juy 2017 wedding! Enjoy a few of my favorites from their engagement session along the shoreline of Silver Sands Beach in Milford, CT.
