Rowan and Harper have birthdays within a month of one another and they are good family friends of ours. Rowan turned 4 this year and Harper turned one! We had a clean cake smash with Harper, but she did try to feed Rebecca her cake (but Rebecca was having none of it!). My children are around the same ages of Harper and Rowan so we always incorporate them into the photos as well! Here are the favorites from their session with me, Enjoy!

Sunday morning bunch, on the top of a mountain at l’alpage. The only way to get there is to hike up to it or take an off-road vehicle to it (with cliffs rights along the sides)! Incredible views, great company, light naps, looking for marmot & goat sightings, and fondue over a fire. The perfect ending to an incredible weekend! Cheers to Mathieu & Lillian!
Grateful, thankful & blessed. What a whirlwind weekend in Megeve, France photographing a 3 day wedding weekend. The views, the people and my 2nd photographer crushing it on his 2nd and last time out photographing a wedding (his decision to go into retirement, not mine! ) lost luggage, fresh Evian water, lots of cheese, excellent cappuccinos, and some late nights together make this trip one we’ll never forget!

Civil ceremony in France this morning- it’s so beautiful to see how much tradition is still a huge part of this world!
Lillian walked through a local market from her hotel to meet up with Mathieu, where he and his family were waiting. We walked into the board room together to witness them become a partnership in marriage. At the conclusion of the ceremony they were handed two pens and a velvet book. The velvet book how the families in Megeve still track their families- through paper… I felt like I was thrown back in time today with REAL authentic love and a love for real tradition of families coming together.
Today was just the start of a beautiful partnership! Here’s to the exciting things to come tomorrow & Sunday!!!
