wedding: November 12th, 2016
When I first met Elisha and Rob, they came to my house for a wedding consultation. Elisha and Rob also happen to be my neighbors (literally less than .2 tenths of a mile away)! They have just bought their house about a year ago and they planned this wedding in 6 months! I admire their sense of dedication and determination, it is so hard to get everything you want in such a short period of time!
Elisha and Rob met in college at Keane State. As their relationship became more serious, Rob had to make the decision to uproot himself and join Elisha in CT.
Elisha’s dress was from Julie Allen Bridals and when she originally purchased it, the dress had cap sleeves. The amazing seamstress at Julie Allen hand-made those beautiful sleeves that were added to Elisha’s dress! Elisha’s mother had her wedding necklace made with her grandmothers ruby and her diamond. It was such a beautiful tribute to her grandma and a great way to have a special something from her mom on her wedding day. They married in the Greek church and followed all of the greek traditions. Photographs and the reception all took place at The Matrix and Conference center in Danbury, CT. As the sun set on a great day, we had a little time to capture some cool images for their formals.
