Last weekend I had the chance to get together with some other awesome wedding photographers and practice our craft. Getting together with other local wedding photographers is such a great way to learn something new and even try gear that you don’t have yourself! It also gives you a chance, with no pressure to perform at perfection, different angles and different ways to look at taking pictures. Our models are such a cute and fun couple too. Greg & Erica truly rolled with everything each photographer asked them to do- and there had to have been at least 15-20 of us! I’ve posted some of my favorites from the day and even a few “behind the scenes” of what it looks like to have 15-20 photographers taking your picture! We caused quite the scene in New Haven when we walked over to Yale, to the point where everyone who saw us stopped to take pictures of us too- and in one case I had a girl ask me if we were following someone famous,… I wish I video taped her creeping up on the groom when I said, “go ahead, you can look!” LoL! Also- once we were on the Yale campus, we had a few girls join in the fun and pretend to be the “bridesmaids”,.. it almost looks as if we asked them to be there too!!
