Wedding: October 11th, 2015
These two sweethearts were married on an awesome day surrounded by awesome people! Cristina got ready at her house in New Fairfield where she grew up surrounded by her best friends and her family. As she prepared for her day, her father was busy occupying and distracting himself from the hustle and bustle by watching TV and moving through the background. When Cristina stepped out of her parents room to see her friends and her dad for the first time in her wedding gown, her dad was overcome with emotion. So much so that I don’t think there was one dry eye in the house (myself included)! We headed over to the church in Bethel for a Deacon to marry them and as they kissed for the first time, these two also did something I have never seen at the alter (check the photos below to see what I mean)! It was so cute and so very them! The exited the church with a beautiful bubble send off before heading to pictures at Rams Pasture in Newtown, CT.
After formals in Rams Pasture it was off to the Aria to continue the celebration. Cristina asked to see the room and share some time with Pete on the dance floor before the guests were allowed in. I am in love with this concept because it came with an excellent photo opportunity! The reception kicked off with a beautiful first dance and continued on with a traditional Italian song. Cristina and Peter had an incredible wedding- here are my favorites highlighting the day!
