I flew down to DC to spend my day with this awesome couple this past weekend! Annie and Anthony meet at Newtown High School and started dating towards the end of their senior year. It just so happened that they were only 2 hours away from one another while they were in college. While they were in college they would spend almost every weekend together. Annie and Anthony have the kind of love for one another that is story-book perfect. They are truly made for one another. While I was in DC for the day we meet up at the beautiful Rock Creek Park and walked around part of the road. Parks like Rock Creek make me want to move back to the Maryland/DC area! The weather was perfect for our morning shoot. We then headed to have a yummy lunch near downtown before we headed into DC and chatted about life, the past and the future. We walked around the national mall and then headed down to the tidal basin. We ended our day at the Jefferson Memorial. Overall, an awesome day down in DC with an awesome couple. I can’t wait for their wedding in June 2015 at Tarrywile Mansion in Danbury, CT!
