Alex & Caitlin- White Memorial Engagement

These two traveled all the way from Colorado for me to photograph their engagement and when they got here, they were worried about the rain. I explained that rain and clouds can make for beautiful pictures. The grey skies did not dampen their mood or spirits as we walked around the grounds of White Memorial stopping at every beautiful spot we could find. We stumbled upon these incredible red flowers to start things off and then ended our session at the Steep Rock train tunnel. They are both originally from Connecticut, but have now moved their lives out to the beautiful state of Colorado! What a fun morning with these two and I can’t wait for their May 2017 wedding in Connecticut!

Sunday morning bunch, on the top of a mountain at l’alpage. The only way to get there is to hike up to it or take an off-road vehicle to it (with cliffs rights along the sides)! Incredible views, great company, light naps, looking for marmot & goat sightings, and fondue over a fire. The perfect ending to an incredible weekend! Cheers to Mathieu & Lillian!
Grateful, thankful & blessed. What a whirlwind weekend in Megeve, France photographing a 3 day wedding weekend. The views, the people and my 2nd photographer crushing it on his 2nd and last time out photographing a wedding (his decision to go into retirement, not mine! ) lost luggage, fresh Evian water, lots of cheese, excellent cappuccinos, and some late nights together make this trip one we’ll never forget!

Keep your eyes peeled- more from this weekend soon! ❤️
