What a beautiful month to be married in! I feel like December is far too often overlooked as a consideration for a wedding because of all of the holidays and parties, but it should not be left out! The details and the gorgeous decorations that donned Tarrywile Mansion should make it one of the premier spots for holiday parties or weddings!
And this couple, what a sweet, down to earth, fun couple. I had a great time with Brandon and Catherine this past weekend celebrating their marriage with 30 of their closest friends and family. Brandon and Catherine got ready at the mansion and chose to have a first look outside. It was a cool 40 degrees but they did not let the weather bother them one bit. They met outside the mansion and then proceeded up to the grape arbor with me for a few more formal photographs. As we headed down to the mansion, family and friends had started to arrive for their ceremony. They were married by a JP with a great personality! After the ceremony, family formals took place in the atrium of the mansion before they headed over to the other rooms to enjoy cocktail hour. Their first dance was a unique hip-hop song that had their family bopping along with them as they danced. As dinner began, Brandon gave a sweet toast to thank everyone for being there and stating how he is looking forward to many more adventures with his wife! Cheers to the newlyweds!
